Builder's Guild

Chinquapin's developer—Trillium Land Company—maintains relationships with a limited number of pre-qualified builders who are familiar with the Design Guidelines for Chinquapin and who are capable of building homes consistent with those guidelines.

Chinquapin enforces the Design Guidelines of the Builders Guild to ensure the satisfaction of Chinquapin owners. The builders must all maintain satisfactory warranty and follow-up programs to meet the needs and expectations of Chinquapin homeowners who purchase from or contract with the builders.
