Or, should you prefer, we'll handle the marketing and sales for you, while ensuring that you are protected. Chinquapin's real estate service professionals are extension of your own sales team, and will extend their assistance in a format suitable for you.
Commission/Referral Fee
Luxury Brokers for Chinquapin receive 2.5% on home sales, 5% on land sales and a referral fee of 20% of the buyer's agent's fee
